Instructions:

    1. Open your QR Scan app on your phone.
      (A QR Code is a mobile phone readable barcode. You can download free QR Code Scanners from Google Play or iTunes.)
    2. Point your phone's camera at the code and scan.
    3. Save the AIPT contact that is automatically generated on your phone.
